Free development pilot

One repetitive process. A free, scoped pilot.

I’m Mykyta Frolov, an independent developer in Geel, Belgium. I’m looking for a useful task to build with a European business team: we agree the process, I develop the pilot, and your team tests the result.

A short description is enough. No call or private documents needed to begin.

Possible starting points

Bring the routine, not a technical specification.

These are examples to discuss, not a promise that every system or task can be automated.

01

Repeated data handling

Copying, checking or formatting the same information across spreadsheets and office tools.

02

A recurring internal report

Gathering agreed inputs and preparing the same report for a person to review.

03

Requests and follow-up work

Organising incoming requests, statuses or checklists so a team can see its next step.

A written process

From one email to a tested result.

  1. Describe the task

Tell me what starts the routine, what you use now and what result would help. A plain description or invented example is sufficient.

  2. Agree the scope

We record one process, inputs and outputs, testing period, revisions, responsibilities and any external service costs before development.

  3. Test the working version

Your team tries the agreed version and reports what works or needs fixing. We check it against the result and limits agreed at the start.

  4. Decide what follows

Give honest feedback. A testimonial is optional, only after a useful result and with permission before publication. Ongoing use or support is discussed separately.

Before you begin

Clear terms for a small pilot.

Does this cover any process?

No. I review the task first and accept only a process that we can define, build and test within a manageable scope.

Do we need a meeting or call?

No. We handle scoping, demonstrations, feedback and support by email, without calls. A short screen recording with captions can explain a working version when useful.

Should we send private files?

Start with a description and invented, public or redacted examples. Do not attach client documents, personal data, financial records or credentials to the first enquiry. If real data is needed later, we agree the handling, access and relevant providers first.

Who owns the data and code?

Your business data and outputs remain yours. Rights to source code, deployment access and ongoing responsibilities are recorded before development starts.

What happens after the pilot?

There is no automatic paid subscription or obligation to continue. Any hosting, maintenance, support or further development needs a separate written scope and price.

Start with one email

What task would you like to simplify?

Describe what repeats and what a useful result would look like. Software, frequency and country are helpful context, but a short process description is enough.

The enquiry does not place an order. We agree the pilot before any work begins.
