1. Service and editorial responsibility

LogisticsAI is currently a pre-commercial market-validation project operated by the natural person identified above. The public pricing is indicative only: no paid service, checkout, subscription or order is available. Commercial services will not be activated until the applicable Belgian registration, provider disclosures and payment arrangements are in place.

2. Contact and complaints

Use the role-based email addresses above for legal, support and privacy matters. Data-protection complaints may also be submitted to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and is therefore not linked here. For B2B disputes, the dispute clause in the applicable agreement applies, subject to mandatory law.
