No. This phase checks file readiness and prepares advisory charge candidates only. It does not create, post, send or pay an invoice.

Can AI decide the charge amount?

No. OpenAI can extract cited event evidence only. A versioned deterministic rule calculates an amount in integer minor units, and a person approves the exact revision.

Which supporting documents can be checked?

The workflow is designed to reuse accepted transport documents and facts such as orders, CMR or POD evidence, time records and toll support. The exact checklist is configured for the organisation.

What happens when evidence is missing or uncertain?

The file is blocked or sent to focused review. Missing values are not invented, and stale revisions cannot be approved.

Is this the same as the LogisticsAI subscription billing page?

No. Freight billing readiness concerns a customer's transport file. Plan and access billing concerns the LogisticsAI account and remains a separate area.
